| The seating capacity for the
Ballroom is up to 450, the Restaurant if utilized for a
private function can seat up to 75, the Graham Room can seat up to
50 and our private Golden Dinning room can seat up to 20 people.
All functions require an
advance deposit. No reservation is firm until the deposit is
received and accepted. The deposit is non-refundable. (See
facility for room discounts)
Deposit: The
Ballroom requires at contract signing a deposit of $500.00 or 10%
of the projected total banquet amount, which ever is greater. This non-refundable deposit
is credited against your overall balance due for your function.
Payment:
A minimum of 50% of the remaining total bill
(minus the deposit) is due at least three
weeks prior to your function date. At this time you will also need
the final number or head count, the menu selections, and the
details ( times, signage, smoking or non smoking, etc..) for the
function. NOTE you will be charged for the final number (head
count) given or the actual attendance, whichever is greater. The
balance or final payment is due seven (7) days prior to the day of
the function and must be made by a certified check, money order,
cash, unless other arrangements have
been made in advance. Visa & Master Card
Accepted.
Service Charge, Sales Tax, and Pricing:
A 15% Service Charge is required and provided in
your overall services fee/invoice. Prices given are
our current prices and are subject to change without notice. Since
reservations are made often over a year in advance it is not
possible to guarantee prices that far in advance unless stated
otherwise on the contract. Confirmed prices are available 30 days
prior to the date of your function. Michigan Sales tax of 6% is
added to all prices.
Liability:
The Golden Glow Ballroom is not responsible
for damages to or loss of any items left at the facility before,
during, of after a function. Liability for damage to the premises
will be charged to the individual or organization authorizing
payment for the function.

Banquet Referrals: Please email
the name of the contact person, email or phone number, date and
type of function. In the event they have not already contacted us
we will pay a minimum fee of at least $100 or a $.50 per person
which is ever greater. Just tell your referral to mention your name at
the time of signing their contract.
