Chicken Marsala
Chicken breast lightly floured and sautéed with a Marsala wine and chicken stock with mushrooms.

Artichoke Chicken
Chicken breast sautéed with artichoke hearts and wild mushrooms in an olive oil, garlic, and white wine sauce.

Herb Roasted Chicken
Traditional chicken on the bone seasoned with a special blend of herbs and baked to a golden brown.

Roast Turkey Breast with Sage Supreme Sauce
Roasted turkey breasts topped with a veloute sauce mixed with turkey stock and then infused with sage.

Swiss Steak
Round steak, pounded with flour, browned, and cooked slowly, in a brown gravy.

Cubed beef, mushrooms, and onions sautéed in butter, added to a beef and sour cream sauce.

Salisbury Steak
A premium ground beef patty flavored with minced onion, diced green pepper, and special seasonings. Broiled and served in a brown sauce made from pan drippings.

Homemade meatballs served in a creamy rich pale brown sauce.

Meatloaf with Demi
Premium ground beef mixed with various special seasonings and vegetables, bound with eggs and bread, and topped with a beef demi.

Pork Scaloppini
Thin sliced pork tenderloin sautéed with red onions and served with an apple brandy sauce.

Pork Tenderloin Medallions
Pork medallions lightly floured and sautéed in a red wine sauce served on a bed of wild rice.

Braised Pork in a Pan Sauce
A seared very tender pork butt deglazed with a rich red wine and topped with a brown sauce made from the drippings from the searing process of the pork.

Sliced and topped with a honey brown sugar glaze that’s infused with oranges.

Polish Sausage and Sauerkraut
A smoked pork sausage served in a bed of sauerkraut that is infused with beer and allowed to slow cook.

Our pricing is the lowest in area when comparing what is being provided....

All banquets also include : facility set up and clean-up, security/supervision service, a standard table service which includes: china plates, linen napkins folded and fanned in crystal water glasses (variety of napkin colors to choose from) and stainless silverware, and centerpieces. For all events the buffet, head, cake and sign in tables are also linen and skirted.

The Buffet Dinner Price also includes the Banquet Hall or facilities rental charge (certain minimums apply See Facility). The buffet & bar service requires a 6% sales tax and a 17% service charge as part of the Golden Glow's overall services fees, there is no tax or service charge on the facility charge.
