The facility has been professionally decorated and equipped with dimmer controlled lighting, air-conditioning with a complete sound system for speaking, DJ and dinner music.  Each of our rooms have separate restrooms, complete bar facilities, large full wood dance floors and much more.  The Ballroom has an elevated stage for entertainment and booth seating around the dance floor.

Room Rental Fees*

The facility or room rental charge is included in the meal price held in the Ballroom when the confirmed head count of 375 people or greater. (Ballroom capacity 450 with dancing).

If the minimum is not met or the function does not require food and bar service,

then the following room charges will apply.

*The Ballroom rental fee is $ 895.00 for groups less than 125 people however with the confirmed head count listed below the following group room rental discounts apply:

125 people, but less than 175, a rental fee of ($671) or 25% discount

175 people but less than 275 people, a rental fee of  ($447) or 50% discount

275 people but less than 375, a rental fee of ($223) or 75% discount

375 people the facility is provided at no room rental cost. ("0")

Room rental rates may also apply for our Graham Room (seating up to 50 people), our Restaurant (if utilized during off restaurant hours, up to 75 people) or our Golden Room which is our private dinning room, capacity up 20 people.  Also see our new Golden Patio for outdoor events including wedding ceremonies seating up 60 people.

Includes Room Set-Up & Clean-Up

The room charge includes set-up and clean-up of the room, linen table covering and  glass ashtrays.   and can also be utilized to hold the wedding ceremony. 

The facility is equipped with round top tables and padded chairs. Each table can accommodate 8-10 guests. The head table and buffet tables are 8-ft. banquet tables. The Ballroom stage is 26’ x 9’ with an additional 17.5’ x 5.5’ in back, leaving plenty of room for the Disc Jockey or Band to set up their equipment. 

The Ballroom, Graham & Golden Room's as well as the restaurant each are equipped with a complete sound system with microphone and podium are also available for use at no extra charge. (The Glow also has a house Band & DJ sound & light system for its own in-house DJ service which can be utilized for $300, includes DJ four 4hours of service and $50 an hour thereafter). Rooms have dimmer controlled incandescent lighting and dance floors. The Ballroom has the largest full wood dance floor in the area at 50’ x 25’ and the Gold Room has a dance floor which is 20’ x 19’.

The Golden Glow Ballroom can do all of the decorations for your function if you would like, however, there are many options available for decorating. Please talk with the Banquet Manager for prices. Package prices start as low as $2.00 per person.
