Basic Bar Service – five (5) Hour Open Bar only $12.95 per person

This type of bar service includes five (5) call liquors: Whiskey, Vodka, Rum, Gin, and Peach Schnapps. Light & regular Draft Beer is also provided and our services include Liquor Liability coverage. 

Mixes are also included and they are: Coke, Diet Coke, Sprite, Vernors, Tonic Water, and Soda Water.  Juices are also provided and are: Orange Juice, Tomato Juice, and Cranberry Juice. Condiments: Lemons, Limes, Cherries, & Olives.

For Weddings the Head table is also furnished with complimentary champagne for a toast.

Paper Products cups (9oz & 12oz), shot cups, stirrers, cocktail napkins
(glassware upgrade available).

Uniformed Bar Tenders: Bartenders are provided and take care of all set-up and clean-up. All drinks made to order by the glass not punch bowls!

If you request the bar to stay open longer an additional $1.50 per person will be charged for each additional hour past the provided five hour open bar. Dollar dance service is also available for an additional charge of 50 cents per person offering shots of apple pucker.  

Deluxe Bar Service – five (5) Hour Open Bar only $14.95 per person
(Includes Premium liquor, wine & dollar dance alcohol)

Bottled Beer Bar - five (5) Hour Open Bar only $16.95 per person This type of bar allows your guests to select from five different types of domestic bottled beer (selections will be made prior to the event) . Bottle bar also includes all deluxe bar service items, but excludes the draft beer selections.

Non Alcoholic Bar Service - five (5) Hour only $6.95 per person.

Cash Bar – This type of bar is where guests purchase their beverages individually. Cash Bar includes ice, cups, stirrers, cocktail napkins and bartenders. Pop is a $1.00 a glass and a draft beer is $2.00 a glass. Bottle beer or glass of wine is $3.00, a pitcher of pop is $5.00 and a pitcher of beer is $6.50, mixed drinks range from $3.00 for house liquor and wine coolers, $4.00 for call liquors, $5.00 for premium liquors and $6.50 for blended drinks.

Note: A service charge of the greater of $250.00 or $2.50/head is charged for all cash bar events. A cash bar is not permitted for wedding receptions

OUR BAR PERSONNEL ARE PROHIBITED FROM SERVING ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES TO ANY GUEST UNDER 21 YEARS OF AGE.

MICHIGAN LIQUOR LAW:

The liquor laws of Michigan prohibit alcohol from being taken onto premises that have a liquor license. Therefore all alcoholic beverages consumed at The Golden Glow Ballroom must be purchased through our bar facilities. Also included in the law is that all alcoholic beverages served by a licensee must be consumed on its premises.
